Sound Massage – a deeply restorative break from life’s demands.
Sound Massage allows you to slow down and step off the busy path of life for awhile. However, it’s not only an escape. The gentle tones, selected specifically for your session, gently guide you into a state of deep, restorative rest. This session is meant to help you move back into your day from a more calm and centered perspective, often with a reprieve from the physical aches and pains that creep into daily life.
After a brief intake discussion, we’ll set a focus for your session within the scope of a sound massage. In a sound massage, you’ll lie clothed and comfortable on a massage table while Himalayan singing bowls are played on and around your body. You’ll be enveloped in a cocoon of sound, created with specific frequencies (singing bowls) and placements skillfully selected and applied based on how you’re currently feeling and the goal of the session. No two sessions are exactly alike.

Sound Therapy – a new way to make a change.
Using therapeutic discussion techniques and frequency specific sound treatments with Himalayan Singing Bowls, these sessions will help you progress toward your goal and make the changes you seek. If other forms of therapy seem to go on without end or leave you short of your goals, let sound therapy shift your vibration into alignment and support you toward making a change.

Pairs Sessions – building connection through sound.
For Couples, Friends, Family, any one looking to connect through sound. You’ll each rest on a comfortably appointed massage table, fully clothed, all nice and cozy. This session will be a mix of Sound Bath (off-body) and Sound Massage (on-body) work with Himalayan Singing Bowls and Chimes. Deeply relaxing, this session will allow your body to rest and to work on it’s own natural healing. Even better – you’ll build connection through this shared experience.

Cancellation policy: All appointments, regardless of booking method, may be cancelled up to 24 business hours (1 business day) prior to start of the appointment. Any appointment canceled less than 24 business hours (1 business day) before start of the appointment will be subject to charge of full price for the appointment. For example: an appointment scheduled for 10am on Monday, must be canceled by 10am Friday to avoid being charged for the service. Online bookings cancelled according to this policy will be fully refunded. Rescheduling or earlier cancellation is greatly appreciated!
