All sessions, regardless of booking method, may be cancelled up to 24 business hours (1 business day) prior to start of the appointment. Any session canceled less than 24 business hours (1 business day) before start of the appointment will be subject to charge of full price for the appointment.
For example: an appointment scheduled for 10am on Monday, must be canceled by 10am Friday to avoid being charged for the service. Online bookings cancelled according to this policy will be fully refunded. Rescheduling or earlier cancellation is greatly appreciated!
